Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef, located in Boston, MA. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, preparing menu items to high standards, monitoring inventory and food costs, supporting staff training, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
