Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients through open, consistent communication.
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the creation and implementation of data-informed marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Performance Reporting: Lead regular client meetings and presentations with clarity, insight, and business relevance. Own campaign performance oversight across channels.
- Issue Resolution: Anticipate, identify, and resolve client issues quickly. Proactively manage account health and surface risks internally.
