Paid Ads Manager

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads. This role goes beyond managing campaigns. It requires someone who thrives in a leadership position, owns performance outcomes, and is committed to continuous improvement through data, audits, and process refinement. You will play a key role in developing people, systems, and strategy to scale results for our home service clients.

• Strategic Leadership

Own the paid media roadmap across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms. Design full-funnel ad strategies aligned with client goals, market trends, and business outcomes. Guide internal strategy sessions, pitch innovative solutions, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.

• Team Collaboration & Oversight

Mentor and manage a growing team of analysts; hold regular 121s, provide coaching, and track progress toward goals. Conduct internal campaign audits to ensure best practices are followed and identify gaps or inefficiencies. Establish and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and QA protocols to drive consistency and elevate team performance..

• Campaign Oversight & Optimization

Oversee campaign implementation and ongoing optimization, including ad copy, targeting, bidding, and creative testing. Continuously monitor budgets and pacing, ensuring effective spend and ROI across all active accounts. Troubleshoot and resolve underperformance quickly with structured testing and insight-driven changes.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting

Build and deliver clear, actionable reporting dashboards and performance recaps for both internal teams and clients. Lead regular performance reviews and audits to evaluate what is working, what is not, and what is next. Use data to fuel iterative improvements and proactively identify areas for growth or innovation.

• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Champion a culture of continuous improvement by always looking for ways to streamline workflows and enhance results. Lead quarterly audits across platforms and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Collaborate with leadership to refine internal systems, tool usage, and campaign QA checkpoints.

• 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, with deep expertise in Google Ads.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a high-performing team, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of customer funnels, lead generation strategy, attribution modeling, and optimization levers.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign performance tools
• Excellent communicator, confident in presenting strategies and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
