Overview
Logo Brands is seeking a motivated, resilient, and team-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on outbound prospecting and cold calling, helping to generate new business opportunities and fuel our sales pipeline.
You’ll play a critical role in introducing Logo Brands to potential B2B customers, setting the stage for long-term partnerships. This is a high-energy, execution-driven role for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives on goals, and brings grit and optimism to their work every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B cold calls using ConnectAndSell
- Engage prospective customers, introduce Logo Brands, and identify potential opportunities
- Track call activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in HubSpot CRM
- Support additional sales, marketing, or operational projects when outbound calling volume allows
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams as needed
The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm, working as needed on Monday and Friday.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, but not required
- Cold calling or outbound sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus
- Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities
