Senior Product Manager – Digital Banking

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of mobile and web digital banking products, acting as the bridge between engineering, design, data, compliance, and leadership. Drive weekly prioritization aligned to OKRs, lead sprint planning, and manage backlog execution for a lean product team.
• Translate user research, support data, and NPS insights into product opportunities using AI tools, and validate them through A/B testing and experimentation. Conduct competitive analysis across fintechs and traditional banks to inform strategy. Present regular progress updates and demos to executive stakeholders.
• Define product requirements (PRDs), manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Reg E, BSA/AML, PCI-DSS) without slowing delivery. Work with analytics on success metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Requires strong command of product frameworks (RICE, opportunity-solution trees), tools like Jira/Productboard, and working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and core banking platforms (e.g., Galileo, Marqeta, Temenos).
• Ideal candidate has 5–8 years in product management with fintech or digital banking experience, has shipped large-scale consumer products, and operates with an experimentation mindset. Must be highly effective in written communication, decision-making under ambiguity, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI) is expected to accelerate PRD creation, research synthesis, and strategic execution.

Salary : $55 - $60
