- Own the data infrastructure, metrics framework, and experimentation engine for digital banking products, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and growth. Act as the source of truth for product, design, and leadership decisions.
- Build and maintain scalable data models (dbt) and design robust event tracking in collaboration with engineering. Develop dashboards and self-serve analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) to enable team-wide visibility into performance.
- Partner with product to design, run, and analyze A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigor and clear recommendations. Conduct deep-dive analyses including funnel, cohort retention, feature adoption, and revenue impact modeling.
- Ensure data quality through monitoring and observability tools, and proactively surface insights through regular reporting and stakeholder communication. Use AI tools to accelerate exploratory analysis and pattern detection.
- Requires strong SQL and dbt expertise, proficiency in Python/R, and experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Solid understanding of experimentation methods, event taxonomy, BI tools, and basic ML concepts is expected.
- Must translate data into clear business narratives, challenge assumptions with evidence, and distinguish meaningful signals from noise. Strong communication and a proactive, hypothesis-driven mindset are critical.
- Ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience in analytics or data roles, including consumer fintech or high-scale digital products, with a track record of building self-serve analytics systems. Familiarity with financial metrics (CAC, LTV, revenue drivers) is important.
- Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Hex, dbt AI, ChatGPT, Amplitude AI) is expected to accelerate analysis, experimentation, and data quality monitoring.
