Job Overview
LoDolce Machine Company is a growing AS9100-certified precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our manufacturing facility and support our expanding operations.
Responsibilities
● Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
● Repair doors, windows, locks, hardware, and fixtures
● Patch, paint, and maintain offices and production areas
● Install shelving, cabinets, workstations, and equipment
● Replace lighting and perform minor electrical repairs (within qualifications)
● Perform minor plumbing repairs
● Assist with machinery moves and facility improvement projects
● Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
● Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace
● Support production departments with miscellaneous maintenance projects
● Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment as assigned
Requirements
● 3–5 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience preferred
● Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs
● Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills
● Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
● Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
● Forklift experience is desirable
● Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
