We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Property Maintenance Manager to maintain residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, working outdoors, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs (replace faucets, toilets, drains, water heaters, repair leaks, etc.)
- Complete general carpentry repairs and improvements
- Mow grass, trim bushes, and maintain landscaping
- Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Repair drywall, paint, and perform general handyman work
- Coordinate and respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Keep properties clean, organized, and in good condition
- Operate power tools and landscaping equipment safely
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing and general carpentry
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Proficient operating lawn equipment and power tools
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
Preferred
- Experience with electrical, HVAC, or remodeling work
- Ability to supervise subcontractors when needed
- Experience maintaining rental or commercial properties
