We handle a variety of residential and commercial properties throughout Kingston, Woodstock, Saugerties, and Rhinebeck and surrounding towns. Key Responsibilities
- General Repairs: Drywall patching, painting, and trim work.
- Plumbing & Electrical: Minor fixes like replacing faucets, clearing drains, or swapping out light fixtures.
- Carpentry: Repairing decks/fences, installing shelving, and basic framing.
- Exterior Maintenance: Pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal upkeep.
- Professionalism: Interacting with clients politely and maintaining a tidy job site.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in home maintenance or a specific trade.
- Transport: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel between local sites.
- Tools: Owning a basic set of hand and power tools is preferred.
- Reliability: Strong punctuality and the ability to work independently.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and comfortable working on ladders.
