The Courtyard by Marriott in Traverse City, MI is seeking enthusiastic Bistro Attendants to support evening dining services at their on-site restaurant, The Bistro! We are seeking candidates for dinner service with a shift time of 4:30-10:30pm. If you are enthusiastic about food and beverage and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and hospitality, we are excited to hear from you!
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through impeccable service
- PM service includes tending bar, mixing drinks, preparing and presenting food to guests.
- Money handling
- Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
- Safe food handling

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
