This is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning or continuing their careers in mental health who want hands-on experience providing direct support to youth and families. Under the guidance of mental health professionals, you will implement treatment goals, teach coping strategies, and reinforce positive behaviors in real-world settings.

Because our work involves supporting youth with mental health challenges, Lodestar is seeking team members who can dedicate at least one year to the role. This commitment helps us provide the steady, trusting relationships that are essential to our clients’ growth and healing.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking compassionate, dependable, and creative individuals who are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Experience in human services, childcare, or education (preferred)

Compensation:

Starting pay: $24.00 – $27.50 per service hour during a two-month probationary period. Probationary pay is determined by educational level only.
