Essential Functions:
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
Assist in daily care of residents, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living
Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident's personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents
