Your Role Includes:
- Providing high-quality respiratory care to our residents on our nightshift, with low ratios
- Working closely with nursing staff, physicians, and pulmonary specialists to ensure top-notch care
- Coordinating with the Respiratory Therapy team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participating in care planning, assessments, and family/resident communication
- Fostering a culture of clinical excellence and support
Qualifications:
- Licensed RT in Ohio (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Strong clinical knowledge of ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
