Job Summary:

Locust Ridge Nursing Home, a leading provider of healthcare services in Williamsburg, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being, and enhancing their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating

• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse

• Maintain accurate records of resident care and services

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities

• Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Familiarity with patient care policies and regulations

• Physical strength and stamina
