Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,150 - $7,280 (competitive per diem radiology pay)
• Location: Tallahassee, FL 32308 (Tallahassee radiology jobs; coverage across the Florida Panhandle)
• Employment Type: Per Diem / Locum Tenens Radiologist
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts (7a-4p M-F, 8a-4p weekends, EST)
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Coverage Locations: Destin, Panama City Beach, Palatka, Tallahassee (Florida Panhandle coverage)
• Start Date: February 23, 2026
• End Date: February 24, 2026
• Preference: Full week coverage including weekends; all holidays to be covered

Required Qualifications

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general radiology or diagnostic imaging
• Ability to obtain temporary hospital privileges with a clean file
• Proficiency with RPCE tech stack and PowerScribe 4.0 (PowerScribe experience preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, productivity focus, and commitment to diagnostic accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general diagnostic radiology services including CT, MRI (MR), ultrasound (US), computed radiography (CR), and nuclear medicine (NM)
• Maintain high productivity with an expectation of ~80 RVUs per shift
• Deliver accurate, timely radiology reads and clear communication with clinical teams
• Provide coverage across multiple locations as needed (Tallahassee, Destin, Panama City Beach, Palatka)
• Participate in coverage for all holidays and full-week schedules as required
