Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Radiology
• Must be able to perform all breast procedures and interpret all breast studies (mammography/tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided breast biopsies)
• Familiarity with RPCE Tech Stack and PowerScribe 4.0 preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret a full range of breast imaging studies, including screening and diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI
• Conduct all breast procedures, including stereotactic and ultrasound-guided biopsies, wire localizations, and other image-guided interventions
• Meet minimum productivity expectations of 60 RVUs per shift while maintaining high-quality diagnostic accuracy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and breast care coordinators — to ensure coordinated patient care
• Utilize advanced radiology technology and reporting systems (PowerScribe 4.0, PACS, RPCE Tech Stack) to document findings and communicate results clearly
