- Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week (weekend 12-hour shifts available)

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active CRNA license in Pennsylvania (current state licensure required)
- Clinical experience in general anesthesia across multiple case types: trauma, ortho, ENT, endoscopy, plastics, urology, OB/GYN, neuro, and oral cases
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills within an anesthesiology group and perioperative team
- Ability to practice in a 100% supervised model; weekend shift flexibility preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe anesthesia care and perioperative management across a wide range of surgical cases (general, trauma, orthopedic, ENT, endoscopy, plastics, urology, OB/GYN, neuro, oral)
- Deliver anesthesia services under a fully supervised model with anesthesiologists physically present for induction, extubation, and major events
- Assist with epidurals and C-sections in OB, supporting high-risk deliveries as needed
- Coordinate patient care with the anesthesia team, surgeons, and PACU staff via pre-op planning and secure messaging
- Maintain professional, respectful relationships with CRNA and anesthesiologist colleagues to support high-quality patient outcomes
