Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential locations for vending machines, such as offices, schools, hospitals, and community centers
  • Approach and meet with business owners, managers, and property decision-makers to present vending solutions
  • Negotiate placement agreements that benefit both the business and our company
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to secure commitments and close deals
  • Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and signed agreements
  • Represent the company professionally, highlighting our identity as a minority and women-owned local business
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation for local travel (mileage reimbursed if applicable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or business development preferred (but training provided)

Company Description
The Vending Machine Sales Representative is responsible for securing new vending machine placement opportunities. This role involves prospecting, meeting with decision-makers, and negotiating agreements to install our vending machines in high-traffic locations. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust with business owners and property managers.
