BDC Representative (Hourly Commission)
Outbound Calls | Warm Leads | Growth into Sales
Job Summary
We’re hiring a motivated BDC Representative to handle outbound calls, email/text follow-ups, and inbound support during busy times. You’ll be working primarily with warm leads, setting appointments, and helping drive sales.

Pay Structure

Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with warm leads (phone, email, text)
- Schedule appointments and keep leads engaged
- Assist with inbound calls when volume is high
- Update customer info in CRM (Salesforce)
- Work with sales team to maximize conversions
Requirements
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
