About the JobWe are a growing paper cup and food container manufacturer based in Southern California that supports airlines, cruise lines, restaurant groups, distributors, and brokers nationwide. We are hiring an Inside Sales and Customer Experience Representative to support our sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver consistent communication and service across the full order cycle. Responsibilities• Qualify inbound leads, support the sales pipeline, and help schedule customer meetings for the sales team• Assist with quotes, pricing, proposals, order processing, and documentation• Work with marketing on follow up tied to campaigns or sample requests• Respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, email, or online channels• Manage order tracking, shipping updates, and delivery confirmations to support a smooth customer experience• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, determining solutions, and following up with customers• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, brokers, airlines, cruise lines, and restaurant groups• Proactively check in with customers to improve satisfaction and encourage long term loyalty• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment• Support additional administrative or project tasks assigned by management Qualifications• Associate degree preferred• Customer service experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to handle a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism• Detail oriented with strong organization and multitasking abilities• Experience with Microsoft Office.
