Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at LNHR Consulting located in Mesa, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to employee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with our clients and our leadership team to provide strategic guidance to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
