INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support overall sales effort by working with FSM, distributors, end-users, and potential new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and increased sales.
DUTIES:
- Answer phones and respond to email correspondence.
- Act as main contact person for FSM and distributors within Inside Sales Territory.
- Performs backup role in the absence of other Inside Sales reps.
- Maintain Inside Sales Territory account information / order requirements within X3.
- Enter orders into X3 ERP System.
- Work with other departments to ensure orders are sent out accurately and timely.
- Expedite distributor follow-up requests with Production Control / Purchasing.
- Promote the use of B2B website to have distributors place orders, review inventory levels, and access acknowledgement / invoices.
- Assist in the processing of invoicing paperwork ensuring that shipments are being sent correctly, discounts are being applied. etc.
- Provide initial assistance with technical calls.
- Process returns per RGA policy.
- Enter data into CRM program to assist Field Sales with communications and distributor support.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.
EDUCATION:
- Associate’s degree in related field required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 - 5 years office inside sales / customer service experience.
SKILLS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Ability to work independently along with problem solving.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Sage X3 ERP familiarity a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of business processes.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
