We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Consulting department and amazing team of Project Managers! 

This is a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity, but we are looking for someone in the Holly Springs, NC or Charlotte, NC area to join us easily for occasional team meetings and social gatherings at one of our offices. 

What You'll Do:

-  Establish Project Management infrastructure for the growing organization
-  Manages and develops a team to collectively drive the successful implementation of client laboratory builds
-  Organizes an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned projects on time
-  Helps train and develop other project managers
 

Qualifications and Expertise:

-  Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business, management, finance, or related field; MBA preferred (or equivalent experience)
-  A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred, project management, laboratory operations, or equivalent; exhibiting career growth and knowledge development
-  Experience in standing up a new PMO with all of the appropriate templates, processes and systems infrastructure; ideally as the lead
-  Top-notch communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are a must
-  Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
