What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Technician, you’ll be hands-on in the field, making sure every detail is sharp and every project shines. You’ll:
- Keep landscapes looking their best with weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, and bed maintenance.
- Add finishing touches to installation projects so they look polished and professional.
- Install trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals with care and precision.
- Help with irrigation adjustments and decorative elements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites every day.
- Work closely with your crew—or independently when needed—to make sure projects finish strong.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Has some landscaping experience (but a great attitude and willingness to learn matters even more!).
- Knows their way around hand tools and isn’t afraid of hard work.
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in clean, beautiful results.
- Works well with a team and can also thrive on their own.
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Is physically fit to bend, lift up to 75 lbs., and work outdoors in all seasons.
- Is dependable, communicates well, and shows up ready to contribute.
