What You’ll Do
As our Landscape Foreman, you’ll be the one steering the ship. You’ll:
- Lead your crew through landscaping projects that leave clients saying “Wow!”
- Run daily huddles (yep, just 15 minutes) to set the tone for a productive day.
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and on schedule.
- Check trucks and equipment so everything runs smoothly (and looks sharp).
- Pitch in with hands-on landscaping: pruning, planting, mulching, cleanups—you know the drill.
- Represent our company with professionalism, positivity, and pride.
Most importantly, you’ll create an environment where your team works hard, laughs often, and feels proud of what you accomplish together.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a leader who:
- Has at least 3 years of landscaping experience and 1 year as a foreman/supervisor.
- Knows plants, pruning standards (ISA preferred), and best landscaping practices.
- Communicates clearly with both clients and crew.
- Is dependable, honest, and motivated.
- Can lift up to 75 lbs. and enjoys staying active outdoors.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation.
What You’ll Get
- Pay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience).
- Hours: 35–50 per week (8- or 10-hour shifts).
