What You’ll Do
As our Landscape Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life and turn visions into reality. You’ll:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Create innovative designs using CAD software, hand sketches, or 3D renderings.
- Develop full landscape plans—plants, hardscapes, irrigation, and lighting.
- Prepare detailed estimates, material lists, and project timelines.
- Partner with project managers, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure seamless installation.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and provide creative recommendations.
- Stay up to date on trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Present your ideas confidently and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Have proven experience as a Landscape Designer (high-end residential or commercial preferred).
- Are skilled in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Have strong plant knowledge and familiarity with hardscapes, irrigation, and lighting.
- Possess both creative flair and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and present ideas with confidence.
- Can juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
