Apply now and be part of something meaningful.This position provides centralized leadership, direction, and coordination to support students, faculty, and staff regarding well-being and mental health practices for students. This position fosters relationships with campus and community organizations to provide wrap-around services for students. The coordinator will provide proactive, prevention-focused outreach to students, faculty, and staff on a variety of topics impacting students’ overall wellness. The coordinator has responsibility to research and analyze data and make critical decisions; provide support for faculty and staff in assisting students desiring mental health support; work with emotionally charged individuals; assess student needs and direct students to appropriate resources, information, and training, and manage reporting as required by federal and state mandate. This person will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with college partners to promote and reduce stigma around mental health and positive help-seeking behavior.Starting salary is likely to be between $60,162 and $70,249 per year with an excellent benefits package.
