Join LLCC!Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a Child Development Center Director to provide leadership for the college’s Child Development Center and help create a high-quality environment where children, families, students, and educators can thrive.This role provides leadership and supervision for staff, daily operations, programs, and services, while overseeing the Center’s operating budget, staff scheduling, accounting procedures, and employee performance. The Director also builds strong connections between the Child Development Center, LLCC’s child development program, and faculty to support meaningful learning opportunities for students and children.The Director will coordinate the Child and Adult Care Food Program and ensure the Center meets applicable Illinois Department of Early Childhood standards, NAEYC accreditation guidelines, early childhood grant requirements, and ExceleRate Illinois criteria.As a staff member at LLCC’s Child Development Center, you can look forward to 7 paid holidays a year, paid winter break, 4-day work week in the summer for 12 weeks, and 5 personal days, 12 sick days, and 20 vacation days per year. LLCC staff, their spouse and qualified dependent children are eligible to use the tuition waiver on credited courses. Staff can also enjoy free access to our on-campus fitness center.
