Lincoln Land Community College is seeking qualified, part-time instructors to teach for the Clinical Medical Assistant program.The position will include classroom and hands-on laboratory teaching. Duties will include:Preparing lessons and updating course syllabi as neededEvaluating and assisting studentsKeeping accurate records of student performance, including following grading proceduresProviding students with timely feedbackCollaborating with the program coordinator to address and resolve student concerns, proactively identifying potential barriers to a positive learning environment, and promptly reporting and managing any incidents that may arise in the classroom settingUtilizing instructional technology in support of the teaching/learning processDeveloping, integrating, evaluating and reviewing student learning outcomes.Tracking consumable lab supply inventory and working with program coordinator to ensure timely replenishment of stockDesign and ensure digital class content meets accessibility standardsAs an Adjunct Faculty member at LLCC, you will receive one paid absence per class, per semester; free access to the LLCC Fitness Center (during available hours); a travel stipend if commuting more than twenty miles to campus; and a tuition waiver benefit for adjunct faculty and their dependents under the age of 22.
