Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development or related field, with an Illinois Director Credential Level II.
- At least three years of administrative experience in full-day early childhood program including experience working with grant funded programs.
- At least three 3 years of professional involvement in the field of early care and education.
- Professional contributions such as serving in a leadership role in Early Childhood professional organizations or giving presentations or training related to the field of early care and education.
- Classroom experience with children between ages 2-5.
- Supervision and conflict resolution skills.
- Current physical and TB test and current record of immunizations including 1 dose of Tdap and 2 doses of MMR vaccine or evidence of immunity to MMR .
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development or related fields with an Illinois Director Credential Level III .
