An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in the Florida market. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, and commercial property owners.
The successful candidate will join an established Real Estate team handling high-value transactions from inception through to completion, offering excellent exposure to complex and rewarding work.
The Role
You will advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
- Debt and equity financing transactions.
- Commercial and mixed-use development projects.
- Joint venture formations and structuring.
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, financing documents, leases, and related transactional documentation.
- Conducting due diligence and title review.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through closing.
- Working closely with clients, lenders, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver commercially focused legal advice.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
