Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Office Administrative Assistant in North Palm Beach, FL. The Office Administrative Assistant will handle administrative tasks including scheduling client meetings and vendor service calls, phone communications, and supp & follow up on orders. The role involves ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining the showroom including file all samples etc. Coordination, organization ability to multitask, and good communication will be essential to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience with record-keeping, and general office management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain attention to detail
- Proficient in office software, including word Microsoft Office and Teams
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients
