We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing team and become the driving force behind some of the industry's most recognizable retail partnerships. If you've successfully managed major department store and national chain accounts, love working with buyers, and have a passion for women's fashion, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
As the lead salesperson, you'll own and grow key national accounts, including retailers such as:
Macy's, Dillard's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, and among others
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Building strong, long-term relationships with buyers
Presenting seasonal collections and driving sales growth
Partnering with design, sales, and merchandising teams
Managing the sales process from presentation through delivery
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
✓ 5 years of successful experience selling women's dresses in the Upper Moderate/Better market
✓ Direct experience managing major department store and national retail accounts
✓ Established relationships with buyers and merchants
✓ Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
✓ Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
✓ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills a must
✓ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
