Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service

· Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations

· Maintaining personal and productivity goals

· Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs

· Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs

· Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends

· Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

· Able to open and close the store and act as a professional lead when the Store Manager or and/or Assistant Store Manager are not in store.

Qualifications:

· Previous Retail experience preferred but not required

· Background knowledge of plants preferred but not required

· Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience

· Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and products

· Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision

Hours:

· 16-24hrs a week

· Flexible availability required – including nights, weekends, and holidays

Performance Requirements:

· Part-Time

· Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental and period closing requirements.

· Observance of all company Policies and Procedures.

· Physical demands include light work, prolonged walking and/or standing along with the occasional exertion of up to 25lbs of force.
