Your Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you are more than a salesperson; you are a consultant and a steward of our mission. You will identify and support small businesses in critical verticals like Home Services, Landscaping, and Restoration, helping them leverage technology to gain freedom and stability.
- Consistent Outreach: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through high-volume outbound. We emphasize a "pick up the phone" mentality, expecting our team to maintain high daily activity metrics to ensure we reach every business that needs our help.
- A Service-Focused Approach: Conduct thoughtful product demonstrations that uncover deep customer pain points. You will communicate LiveSwitch's value proposition with sincerity and conviction.
- Commitment to Excellence: Negotiate and close contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships and meeting your personal and professional growth objectives.

The Must-Haves:
- 1 years of sales experience (SMB, D2D, or similar). You have a proven track record of diligent work.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- A history of meeting or exceeding goals through consistent effort and discipline.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a genuine comfort with high-volume cold calling.
- A proactive, "self-starter" attitude. You don't wait for direction; you find ways to be useful.
- Resilience and a positive outlook, even in the face of challenges.
