What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Pool Construction Laborer, you are the backbone of our builds. You’ll be working on Above Ground or In-Ground pool projects, ensuring every job site is professional and efficient.
- The Heavy Lifting: Shoveling, raking, and moving stone, dirt, and concrete via wheelbarrow.
- Site Prep: Loading/unloading products and keeping work trucks organized.
- Building Dreams: Assisting the Foreman with the actual construction and service of swimming pools and components.
- Customer Service: Greeting homeowners with a friendly, professional attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliability: You are someone who views "on-time" as "10 minutes early."
- Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable lifting 50-100 lbs regularly, climbing ladders, and staying on your feet all day outside.
- Team Players: You have a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Tools & Transport: You have a valid Driver’s License (clean record), reliable transportation to Baldwinsville, and your own basic hand tools.
