We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day tasks on job sites, including preparing materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting skilled tradespeople as needed. Responsibilities
- Assist with construction projects including site preparation, demolition, loading/unloading materials, and cleanup.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely.
- Support carpenters, installers, and other trades by providing materials and assistance.
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
