Description
Office Admin is a full-time regular position responsible for processing and filing sales tax paperwork for all dealerships, posting and reconciling the factoring invoices and statements for all dealership. Reconcile month end schedules as assigned. Others duties as assigned by Office Manager and/or Controller.
Automotive Experience Required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of sales tax processes
- Daily attendance is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be energetic, work well independently, strong reconciliation skills
- Maintains professional appearance
- Maintain current and precise records.
- Dealertrack experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Automotive Accounting preferred
The Office Admin Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $30.00 and $35.00 based on experience.
