Role Overview:
Experienced registered nurses (RNs) provide safe, continuous, and quality patient care across various specialties including medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency, and women's services. These RNs are temporarily assigned to specific units based on system needs and must work proficiently in any assigned location.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: At least one year in a defined specialty.
- Licensure: Current compact license in the relevant state; specialty certification preferred.
- Skills: Customer service, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, computer literacy, and ability to interpret patient needs based on age and condition.
- Certifications: Cardiac dysrhythmia test/course, NIH Stroke Scale, and specialty-specific certifications such as CPI, fetal monitoring, or breastfeeding courses.
- Deliver patient care aligned with treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
