- Establishes and implements treatment strategies considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals when necessary.
- Delegates interventions to qualified staff, ensuring competency and safety.
- Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations to guide therapy services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
- Valid Physical Therapist License.
