Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role Overview:

This full-time Physical Therapist provides skilled outpatient therapy services for orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients in a community-based outpatient facility. They develop personalized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery and functional independence. The role involves educating patients and families, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with departmental policies.

• Establishes and implements treatment strategies considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Delegates interventions to qualified staff, ensuring competency and safety.
• Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations to guide therapy services.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
• Valid Physical Therapist License.
• No prior experience required, but licensure is essential.
