Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning meetings.
- New grads welcome; open to part-time and PRN roles.
- Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP certification (CFY candidates accepted).
- Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
