Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements:
- Education requirements - Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (CCC & CFs encouraged to apply)
- Virginia State SLP License preferred
Speech Language Pathologist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide on site speech, language and swallowing therapy services in a focused 1:1 setting.
- Complete required clinical documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, evaluation reports).
- Counsel and support families as needed for carryover of recommendations with patient consent.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed to maximize patient progress.
