Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapy aligned with physician orders and facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning meetings.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP from ASHA (CFY candidates welcome).
- Preferred but not required: experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
