Registered Nurse - NICU III

Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse provides age-appropriate, comprehensive patient care, including care for premature and ill newborns in the NICU, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic care addressing physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs
• Oversee and coordinate care, supervising assistive personnel
• Perform assigned lab tests, document results, and communicate critical findings
• Maintain competency and follow safety and quality protocols
• Handle call shifts as required
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current Colorado RN license or active multistate license
• Current BLS certification; NRP and STABLE preferred
• 1-2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
