Role Overview:

Provide compassionate, individualized patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Supervise treatments, lead assessments, develop care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build strong relationships with patients and families, collaborate across departments, and support staff with complex needs. Celebrate patient milestones and contribute to a healing environment using advanced technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid RN licensure as per state regulations
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is advantageous
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise care and treatment plans
• Perform patient assessments and tailor care accordingly
• Develop and modify individualized recovery plans
• Engage with patients and families to support recovery goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Mentor and support colleagues
