Physical Therapist - Outpatient (36hrs/week)

Position Overview:

Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, documentation, billing, scheduling, and supervising support staff. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and communicates effectively with physicians and leadership to ensure cohesive care. May serve as a clinical instructor and participate in departmental committees. Flexibility to work across departments based on patient needs is required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires a valid license in the practicing state, with additional certifications such as BLS or Basic Cardiac Life Support. A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited program is necessary. Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills are essential.

Work Details:

Scheduled for 36 hours weekly, primarily during weekday hours, with occasional weekend rotations. No holiday or call obligations. May have remote or hybrid options.

Compensation & Benefits:
