Role Overview:
This position involves providing skilled occupational therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on patient evaluation and treatment. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and an Occupational Therapist license. No prior experience or supervision experience is necessary; however, a Master's Degree is preferred.
Key Duties:
- Develop and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making appropriate referrals.
- Delegate tasks to assistants and students based on their skills and competency.
- Complete accurate documentation and conduct assessments, reassessments, or consultations as needed.
