Certified Medical Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in providing quality patient care.
- Perform accurate data entry for patient registration, insurance verification, and billing.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Update patient accounts and record statistical information.
- Support provider communication and inform patients of benefits.
- Demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and a caring attitude in all interactions.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
Full-time role with work hours from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
