We are seeking a dedicated
Extended Assignment RN Clinical Nurse - Acute Care
to provide high-quality, individualized patient care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), ensuring safe and evidence-based care, and fostering relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient interactions.
Additional duties involve coordinating care, documenting accurately, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and promoting evidence-based practice and research.
Qualifications include a minimum of
an associate's degree in nursing
(bachelor's preferred), current licensure (RN license, BLS, ACLS), and at least
one year of clinical experience
(two preferred).
Strong communication, teamwork, professional development, and mentorship skills are essential.
All certifications must be current upon hire, with a preference for those holding specialty certifications.
Note: Previous travel experience is highly preferred, and the role involves night shifts with scheduled weekend work, within a contingency staffing model without guaranteed hours or benefits.
