Role:
Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) providing anesthesia care across various patient acuity levels and settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-operative patient assessments and develop plans of care.
- Establish and maintain venous access and airway management.
- Induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia; ensure safe emergence.
- Transfer care post-procedure and conduct post-operative follow-up.
- Serve as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.
- Active licensure as a CRNA or RN in the practice state.
- Board certification by the NBCRNA for CRNAs.
- Ability to communicate effectively, visualize clearly, and work collaboratively.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
